Below is a chart that explains how children's growth rate, senses and energy levels progress throughout their Elementary school career

This chart will show that it is normal for children to tire easily even if they are eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly. It is helpful for us as parents and teachers to be aware of growth stages because it can inform certain events or traits we see emerging in the children in our care!
